An experienced executive in the music and film licensing industry, Bruce Furst serves as president of Ashber Corporation in Austin, Texas. In addition, Bruce Furst works with Intergalactic Royalty Operations Corporation.

Intergalactic Royalty Operations Corporation (iRoc) provides services similar to those of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP). While ASCAP emphasizes the protection of musician’s rights in traditional areas of terrestrial licensing and distribution, iRoc maintains musician’s rights in regards to performances occurring off of the planet.

The scope of iRoc licensing and distribution efforts are entirely new to the music industry. The company is specifically involved in protecting a musician’s rights as they pertain to any planet within the Milky Way Galaxy, with the exception of planet Earth and its stratosphere, defined as the 31 miles above the planet’s surface. The company’s reach may also extend to the broadcasting of music far beyond planet Earth, as iRoc representatives have engaged with leaders at NASA and Elon Musk’s SpaceX in regards to upholding brand recognition for songs played in outer space to whatever audiences may be listening.
